Our Story
GRACE / Addiction Resources, became a vison in 2014 and came to fruistion in 2016. with the founders David Hodges, Johnathan Cross, Donna Sandefer and Mike Yates, with Marshall Graves as its first President, and became a nonprofit in 2018. We provide an assortment of FREE services you will find listed below. Graces new Chairmen is Russel Nunley with executive director Jason Peterson, Director of Daily operations Tommy Herman and our amazing board members all embracing recovery
Our Team
Our team is made up folks that have experienced addiction and have been where many of our clients are when they come to us. We are able to meet our clients where they are at and with 3 Certified Peer Recovery Specialists for the state of Tennessee we are able to help our clients realize and reach solutions to their daily issues. We are driven to help in prevention, addiction and food sustainability providing state certifications and hands on job skill trainings
What we provide
Grace \ Addiction Resources provides:
free drug and alcohol assessments,
we provide urine and hair follicle drug testing
Certified Peer Recovery Specialist meetings, NA meetings, special recovery events and we are also a Grundy county resource center
a juvenile mentorship program for kids in the criminal justice system piggy backed with a tutoring program.
Free transportation
free ready to heat and eat meals and food boxes
free state certified food handlers training and hands on work skills training for the culinary industry
coming soon part time work leading to long term job placement in the food industry and transitional housing
